Why use Site Studio?

Site Studio is a web page creation tool that is included with every hosting plan that we offer. You can easily access Site Studio from your shared hosting plan's control panel. VPS Hosting customers can access Site Studio from their browser's address bar.

How do I create my pages with Site Studio?

When you enter the Site Studio tool, you will be asked to choose between a personal or small business site. The business option has more templates available. Based on this selection, you will be presented with a collection of website templates to choose from. Once you choose the template you would like to try, you will have the opportunity to choose different colors for that template. From there, you can define your page names and setup your linking structure. Afterwards, you will be able to customize each page with your own text or images. If you need to customize the HTML code of your pages, this can be easily done. Many webmasters edit the HTML code of their pages and add meta tags for search engine optimization purposes.

Why is Site Studio better than a WYSIWYG Editor?

A WYSIWYG Editor (what you see is what you get) is very common with webmasters who are just getting started creating their websites online. People choose WYSIWYG Editors because they are very easy to use, hence the name. The problem with WYSIWYG Editors is that, for the most part, they do not create pages that are search engine friendly. Many WYSIWYG Editors will create an all-image site. And because search engines can not "read" images the pages of your site will not get indexed. Site Studio is different.
